In the design phase, we stay close to the client's schedule; our fluency with codes and review processes lets us maximize efficiency without compromising design quality. Broad and deep project experience lets us foresee and head off future field problems, protecting the owner's budget while keeping the schedule moving. We also work closely with the contractor: a design-assist approach that brings them in early to keep information current, cutting down on unnecessary changes and conflicts in the field.

Since 2024, together with our partners we have helped about a dozen U.S. and overseas clients, from land acquisition, design and planning, and code review, to building permits, construction, equipment certification, and certificates of occupancy, all the way to delivery and start-up.
